I'm Eden, a Senior Product Designer based in Barcelona, working at Moneybox

With seven years in the design industry, I've had the opportunity to work on projects spanning sectors like finance, healthcare, and streaming media. This has also meant working in various environments, including agencies, startups, and large organisations, where I've worked in both centralised design teams and embedded in agile squads.

I’ve delivered a broad range of projects across various Moneybox teams, and currently lead design within my mission area, where we focus on higher value savings customers. I pivot between a cross-functional business team, and my product and build teams to deliver meaningful work.

I'm passionate about building UX maturity within teams and organisations. Throughout my career, I've actively driven process improvements, collaborated on refining ways of working, and advocated strongly for user-centred problem-solving methodologies.

I’m currently part of a mentoring programme, working to develop the next generation of designers, and have taught as a visiting lecturer at my university.
